These terms and conditions (“T&C”) are in effect for the Emerald Club® Double Credits promotion period of April 4, 2024, through June 9, 2024 (the “Promotional Period”). These T&C are in addition to and supplemented by all Terms and Conditions supporting the Emerald Club® program (“EC T&C”). In the event of a conflict between these T&C and EC T&C, these T&Cs shall control and prevail. Please note that registration in the Emerald Club® Double Credits promotion signifies acceptance of the T&C.
Eligibility
Registrants must be enrolled in the Emerald Club® program and maintain a valid email address identified in the member profile before registering for the Emerald Club® Double Credits promotion.
Website Access
The Emerald Club® member number and the email address maintained on the corresponding Emerald Club® member profile will serve as the registration in the Emerald Club® Double Credits promotion.
Earning Double Credits
The following criteria must be met to earn double credit for every qualifying weekend rental during the Emerald Club® Double Credits promotion.
- Members must register during the Promotional Period
- Member must be earning Emerald Club® rewards and not partner rewards
- Weekend rental must be a paid qualifying rental at a participating National Car Rental® location in the U.S.
- Weekend rental is defined as picked up on Thursday, Friday or Saturday and returned on Sunday
- Qualifying rental must be picked up between April 4 and June 8, 2024
- Qualifying rental must be returned no later than June 9, 2024
- The vehicle must be Midsize or larger
Earned Double Credit Fulfillment:
- Earned double credit will be deposited into Member’s bank within 14 days of rental return or within 14 days after registration if the Member isn’t registered at the time of rental return
- Earned double credit is in addition to earned rental credit
Qualifying Rentals
“Qualifying Rentals” must meet the following conditions:
A National Car Rental® brand rental from a participating location in the fifty (50) United States during which the Member has paid time and mileage (base) for one or more rental days. A rental with one or more Free Rental Days (“Free Rental Days”) will count as a Qualified Rental as long as there is a minimum of one paid rental day.
Qualifying Rentals and Qualifying Rental Days do not include the following types of rentals:
- Rentals when an insurance, dealer, body shop or fleet replacement rate is applied, regardless of who pays for the rental.
- Rentals that were included as part of a tour or travel package.
- Pre-paid rentals that were booked through a third party, including (but not limited to) third-party online travel agents (OTAs).
- Rentals by employees of Enterprise MobilityTM and any of its subsidiaries, affiliates, franchisee and franchisee employees and their family members or friends who are eligible to receive an employee discount.
- Consecutive, multiple, or overlapping rentals in the same Participating Rental Location.
National® reserves the right to terminate the offer or change the terms at any time. This offer cannot be combined with any other rental credits promotion and cannot be applied to a previous or existing reservation or rental. Offer is subject to vehicle availability at the time of booking. Renter and additional driver(s) must meet standard age, driver, and credit requirements. Please check your auto insurance policy and/or credit card agreement for rental vehicle coverage. Other restrictions, including holiday and blackout dates, may apply Non-transferrable. Void where prohibited.
